Images from the research team's fieldwork in Japan and Thailand — coastal defenses, memorial sites, community facilities, and the people and places shaping disaster risk management in aging societies.
After saving or deleting photos, click ⬇ Download photos.json to get the updated file, then upload it to your FTP server (same folder as index.html). Remember: the image files themselves go inside the photos/ folder.
How to publish a new photo:
1. Resize the photo (about 1600 px wide) — for example with squoosh.app.
2. Upload the image file by FTP into the photos/ folder.
3. Here: enter the exact file name, caption, and category → Save → "Download photos.json".
4. Upload photos.json to the same folder as index.html. Done!
